DaNae West is a quirky ray of sunshine who grew up in a tiny town in the Colorado Mountains. She started her career in dance, community theater and local commercials eventually moving to Wilmington, NC AKA Hollywood East studying under (Babylon 5's) Peter Jurasik where she grew her career in commercials, theater, and independent film before moving to Los Angeles. Dabbling in producing, she starred in her own film, Running on Indian time, that premiered at the Sundance Film Festival and continues producing her own content on YouTube.
Upon arriving in LA she appeared on Crackle TV's the Unknown directed TV director Martha Coolidge (Sex in the City) DaNae has a following as a scream queen in horror films such as Zombthology with Tiffany Shepis, Channeling Alphonse directed by Peter Atencio (Key & Peele), and Nightmare at Bunnyman Bridge with Jim Jackman (Spaceballs) to name a few. Recently she can be seen in several TV Pilot's such as Lethalz and The Funeral Flowers with (SNL's) newest cast member Ego Nwodim. Also catch her in the film, Love Meet Hope starring (Ed Asner) and in the Facebook watch series Kill in The Blank starring (Thomas Sanders). She has studied at UCB, Annie Grindlay, and Judith Weston in Los Angeles.
